Translate those processes into a TeamTrack design.

Implement that design using the TeamTrack Administrator.

The Serena consultant translates your processes into a TeamTrack design.

The Serena consultant works shoulder-to-shoulder with you to implement that design using the TeamTrack Administrator.

Create a link from your Intranet site to http://your server name or IP address/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?

Provide your end-users with the URL http://your server name or IP address/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll? to directly logon.

Create a custom logon page, replacing the default Welcome pages we provide here. Note: Changes to the HTML are not supported by Serena Customer Support under normal terms of the standard support agreement.
