Deploying Your TeamTrack System

You have two options for deploying your TeamTrack system:

Design and implement the system yourself:
  Explore and learn the TeamTrack Administrator's capabilities or attend a TeamTrack training workshop.
  Explore and document the process your company uses.
  Translate those processes into a TeamTrack design.
  Implement that design using the TeamTrack Administrator.

Or:

Have Serena Consulting & Services aid in your system's design and implementation.
  A Serena consultant aids in your discovery and documentation of your company’s processes.
  The Serena consultant translates your processes into a TeamTrack design.
  The Serena consultant works shoulder-to-shoulder with you to implement that design using the TeamTrack Administrator.


Once built, there are several methods to provide access to your new system:

  Create a link from your Intranet site to http://your server name or IP address/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?
  Provide your end-users with the URL http://your server name or IP address/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll? to directly logon.
 

Create a custom logon page, replacing the default Welcome pages we provide here.
