Project Simulation
The heart of CONTROL's
Project Simulation forecasting engine is its project simulation
module. This mechanism lets you forecast resources, sales,
and costs for new and probable projects, based on profiles
or “templates” of similar projects that have
been completed in the past or estimated in detail.

Each of your organizations can build and maintain a library of templates which can be accessed and reviewed by any user. These templates can be viewed graphically and manipulated via the “Template Wizard,” shown in the screenshot to the left.
Once you've input your assumptions, all you have to do to produce a complete, detailed resource and financial forecast for the project is simply press the Simulate button. You also can review the generated forecast immediately, and confirm that it is as you intended, by selecting Preview.

Bookings Editor
The Bookings Editor gives your marketing and business development organizations the ability to maintain and analyze a database of firm as well as probable business.
- Enter and review
critical attributes of each booking.
- Maintain explanatory
comments.

of winning the booking.
- Flag it for inclusion
in the forecast.

ETC Entry
If you'd like to plan firm projects directly within CONTROL Project Simulation, or provide an easy-to-use mechanism to selectively override generated forecast data, the ETC entry form lets you view and modify a project's forecast with ease.
