While KCI wasn't surprised to be named No.1 for customer satisfaction among all vendors in the industry, we were surprised to see how many other companies also claimed to be No.1. So we went to the source to find out the real rankings.

The truth is, there can only be one No.1 ranking. But many of these types of surveys have a variety of classifications and groupings, and that's where the confusion starts. For example, the BPM Pulse Survey gives special recognition to “Core 9” Vendors and “Mid-Market” Vendors. We are pleased that KCI went pound-for-pound with every vendor in the survey and still came out on top.
